- All goods sold are non-refundable
- All goods sold are only exchangeable under the discretion of the management within 5 days. We will not be responsible for loss of mail through normal postage when you send the item back. You may send it by registered post
- Only clothes are exchangeable
- Exchange due to wash stains and/or other stains are not allowed
- Strictly NO dead buyers
- No cancellation after order is made
- Buyers who backs out or MIA after confirmation of orders will be blacklisted
- Shopper should allow within around 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement
- Shopper should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution
- We are not responsible for loss of items through normal post. If you wish to opt for registered post, kindly indicate in the Order Form (Click "Order Here" icon at the top right hand corner)
- All prices are nett and in Singapore dollars
- All items will be sent through SingPost
- We accept payments via bank transfer - ATM Fund Transfer
- We will not be responsible for wear and tear due to daily use
- All information provided will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential
